Where did August go?
For Kizzy, August meant frequent holidays in our caravan, and preparing for her KC Bronze test – which, considering she only had 4 x 1 hourly sessions to prepare for it, she passed and received a rosette and certificate. She is now working towards her Silver. Well done Kizzy! Photo to follow, [...]
It’s been a while since I wrote something on here, I thought I had better update!
Last posting I think we were preparing for Blackpool show…just before the show at the preceding ringcraft class Kizzy was ‘out of sorts’ refusing to get up off the floor to do anything, and she even snapped at the lady [...]
Just a quick update for you, nothing really exciting has happened since Kizzy’s first show, we are now preparing for Blackpool on Sunday.
At our ringcraft meeting on Tuesday Kizzy was excellent…she had 4 ‘mock shows’ and did everything that was asked of her, and I was more confident now that we have got the first [...]
Kizzy turned 6 months old on the 2nd June, and has just taken second place in the puppy class at the Anatolian Karabash Club Show held at Northampton on 7th June.

I often say to Kizzy, in a silly voice whilst having a big hug, ‘Oh Kizzy, what was my life before I met you’.

1. Hoovering/mopping/dusting could be done once a week.
2. We could wear anything we liked without the fear of muddy footprints or slobber on our clothes.

Poor Kizzy. She is teething. And it hurts. Evident from the teeth we have been finding on the floor, blood on everything she chews, the vastly increased slobbering, the unsettled behaviour and the whining – which is only to alert us to pain. Our daughter (who we will call ‘H’) was home from college this afternoon so we had a walk into town, H carrying ‘the gremlin’ as she cannot walk yet due to not having had her 2nd vaccination. I had warned H that ‘nipping’ to town was no longer in the vocabulary…when we finally arrived home [...]
